We work with companies that want to offer their employees a bespoke support service.

If you are part of a select group of companies who share our vision of supporting their staff in all areas of their lives - be it mental health, personal or work issues, then we would be happy to work with you – we believe that we bring our whole self to the workplace and to ask or expect it to be otherwise is not conducive to nurturing a healthy, motivated, happy, creative and productive work force.

We do not support companies that offer a corporate mental health service in order to have ‘ticked that box’.  

As well as dealing with employees’ well-being, our training allows all members of staff to access workplace coaching at economical rates which has a positive outcome on their effectiveness in the workplace.  

We can work in-house or offsite in our city office.
