My Story

I’m not a writer and I’m not a sex expert. I am a working mum who adores my kids and husband and loves sex with him and everything in-between. The idea to start this blog came from talking to my mum friends and being surprised by the lack of intimacy and adventure there can be in the bedroom, especially after having kids.  Even more importantly the lack of desire to have sex as we are often too tired, pre-occupied and stressed with our daily lives. 

This lifestyle blog is designed as a bit of fun and escapism that will talk about things you know but maybe haven’t done for a while, about things you haven’t tried as well as giving you some new ideas to try.  We will talk about adult, relationship and YOU topics to think about and do!

The blog will be focusing on a different topic each week and the topics will be varied ;)  The blog is aimed to find a way to include more intimacy into your busy lifestyle.  Taking a moment to pause, step back and make small changes to make time for you and your love life.
