The idea to start this blog came from talking to my mum friends and being surprised by the lack of intimacy and adventure there can be in the bedroom, especially after having kids.  Even more importantly the lack of desire to have sex as we can be often too tired, pre-occupied and stressed with our daily lives. 

 

This lifestyle blog is designed as a bit of fun and escapism but will also focus on remembering who you are and making time for you.  We will talk about adult, relationship and YOU topics to think about and do!
